What is Football Trading?

Football trading is very similar to trading on stock and shares financial markets. The main difference here is that instead of buying and selling shares, you BACK and LAY bets on a Sport Exchange, as odds move before or during an event. The aim of the trading is secure an equal profit, no matter the outcome of an event (check out the screens below).   

Is this a kind of gambling?

The answer is both yes and no. It depends on the kind of trading you will want to get involved in, either pre-match or in-play. However, any sort of trading involves an element of risk. Trading football markets before a match starts can be treated as low risk investment when profit or loss is secured before a kick off. In-play trading usually involves a bit of gambling as certain actions are expected by traders to happen e.g. quick goal, a low scoring game, late equalizer etc. 

Is this for me?

If you are 18 and over, have internet access and are willing to learn a new skill and to become disciplined trader, then the answer is YES. 

What if I don't know that much about football?

Knowledge of football is very important here, however with plenty of information and tips provided on this site, you will quickly learn what information to look for and how you can use it to profit from it. Also, you may find that some of the pre kick off trading strategies don't require a lot of knowledge, but researching and quickly reacting to some specific situations.
